1.2 Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
1.3 Delivery Times:

1.4 Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your order.
1.5 Failed Delivery:
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or the recipient being unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional charges may apply for repeat deliveries or address changes.
2. Return and Refund Policy
2.1 Return Conditions:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the product under the following conditions:
The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Consumable products (such as e-liquids) can only be returned if unopened and sealed for hygiene reasons.

2.2 Return Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days to the original method of payment. Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
3.2 Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. This includes:
Opened consumables (e-liquids)
Clearance items or special promotions (where stated)
3.3 Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated period, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 4. Damaged or Defective Items
4.1 Reporting Issues:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us at info@mmffusion.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
4.2 Replacement or Refund:
If the damage or defect is verified, we will either replace the item at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges you incurred.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible for return) and placing a new order for the desired product.
